Request for cancellations, changes to order must be communicated via e-mail. mrs.ube@hotmail.com within timeframes.
Cancellations: refund for cancellations within 3 business days from date of pick up. A fee of $2.50 will be taken out of the refund amount due to fees applied.
No refund will be given for cancellations with less than 3 buisness days of pick up.
Changes to order: 3 days notice for changes to the size, flavour or date of your order. If less than 3 days notice is given, a 50% fee of the original order value will apply to any changes.

If a product is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately along with photos of the package, your shipping label & the product/s detailing the incident or damage within 48hours or receiving the product
